I have strong believe in Interaction Based Learning (IBL), which is why my audience enjoys my sessions whenever I talk - as a trainer, as a lecturer, as a guest speaker or in a motivational manner. My audience enjoys and acknowledges my communication skills, and involves themselves because I express my enthusiasm and my willingness to convey concepts and instinct understanding, at the same time keeping the audience awake, active, and engaged.
